Reasons to Lose Weight

People have many different reasons to lose weight. I have listed some of the reasons people have; people just like you.

When using hypnosis to lose weight, it is important your therapist knows what your personal reasons are for wanting to lose weight. The suggestions given in trance need to be based on your personal reasons.

Take a look and see how many of these below match your reasons.

  1. Fit into my clothes.
  2. Be attractive.
  3. Feel how I used to feel.
  4. Wear a bikini with pride.
  5. Go shopping in regular shops, not big girl shops!
  6. Fit into smaller scrubs at work, so when the big size runs out, I don't have to embarrass myself by admitting there's nothing I can wear!
  7. Fit properly into the lead aprons at work (radiology protection when working near x-rays) - at the moment, I have to add a special attachment so I'm covered fully.
  8. Ignore weight limits on rides.
  9. Wear a skirt, or dress, to work and not worry about chafing!
  10. Be able to go running and not be embarrassed!
  11. Fit into good workout gear, like Nike or Adidas
  12. Be able to do a chin up, and climb on monkey bars.. be able to do a handstand, maybe even a cartwheel!
  13. Be able to inspire my patients
  14. Look gorgeous in a wedding dress
  15. Have a healthy pregnancy
  16. Prove to myself I CAN do it
  17. Be healthy! Give myself the best shot at a long, healthy life that I can!
  18. To be healthy and live longer
  19. To be a fit and single yummy mummy and be able to run around with my girls
  20. I would love to enter a fun run and be able to run the whole distances
  21. To be more confident within myself
  22. To join the Police Force
  23. For my body to show on the outside how hard i actually work at the gym and with my diet every day!
  24. Buy a lovely bikini next summer (i have a lovely one now - but i am kidding myself thinking it looks good!)
  25. Be as healthy as I possibly can when i choose to start a family
  26. To enjoy buying whatever clothes i like!
  27. For my family to be proud of me
  28. For my body to be the best it can be so when i trek South America it doesn't almost kill me!
  29. To be healthy and energetic.
